Mr. Simanovsky is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Conversant. Prior to founding Conversant in February 2020, Mike was an investment professional with Senator Investment Group LP from 2011-2020. He was a Partner at the firm and was responsible for Senator's investments in the real estate, gaming & lodging, and housing sectors, among others. Before joining Senator, Mr. Simanovsky was a member of Cerberus Capital Management LP's investment team from 2008 until 2011, where he focused on originating and evaluating public and private investment opportunities across a range of industries. Mike started his career as part of the restructuring groups of both Rothschild Inc. and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin from 2005-2008 and focused on providing advisory services to companies undergoing financial restructuring transactions. Mr. Simanovsky currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quinn Residences (an owner and operator of purpose-built single-family rental communities). He previously served as a Director of Valet Manager Inc. (a parking technology and management company), INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (a U.S.-based industrial/logistics REIT), Select Dental Management LLC (a dental services organization), Trade Street Residential, Inc. (an owner and operator of multi-family properties in the Southeast U.S.), Gramercy Property Europe (an owner and operator of industrial assets in Europe), DFI Capital (the holding company for Engs Commercial Finance), and K2 Towers REIT (an owner and operator of cellular telephone towers). Mr. Simanovsky received a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.

Mr. Rubin is the Chief Operating Officer at Conversant. Mr. Rubin joined Conversant in 2022. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Rubin was an Executive Director at Mizuho in its institutional equities division and previously worked in similar roles at a diverse group of financial institutions including Bear Stearns, JP Morgan, Dahlman Rose (acquired by Cowen), Macquarie, and BGC Partners. Mr. Rubin graduated from the George Washington University with a B.B.A. in International Business.

Mr. Daniels is the Chief Financial Officer at Conversant. Mr. Daniels joined Conversant in 2022. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Daniels worked at Discovery Capital Management, where he served as the Controller and managed the public and private accounting teams. Before Discovery, Mr. Daniels worked at Chilton Investment Company as a Senior Fund Accountant and at SS&C's Fund Administration Services division as a Fund Accounting Manager. Earlier in his career, Mr. Daniels worked for E-Commerce Solutions and Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn in accounting roles. Mr. Daniels graduated from the State University of New York at Old Westbury with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Dumaine is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Conversant. Mr. Dumaine joined Conversant in 2023. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Dumaine was Vice President and Senior Legal Director in the Legal Department at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for supporting the merchant banking real estate investment group within the Asset Management Division in connection with principal investments and dispositions across real estate equity and debt opportunities, as well as in connection with fundraising and regulatory compliance matters. He also served on the Americas Core Real Estate Investment Committee of the Asset Management Division. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Dumaine was an Associate Attorney in the Real Estate Group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP and in the Commercial Real Estate and Corporate & Finance Groups of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Dumaine earned a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Minton is the Head of Investor Partnerships at Conversant. Mr. Minton joined Conversant in 2024. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Minton worked at Sculptor Capital Management where he most recently served as an Executive Managing Director and the Global Head of the Client Partner Group. In that role, he worked directly with institutional limited partners invested in the firm's private real estate, opportunistic credit, and multi-strategy hedge fund strategies. Mr. Minton started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York working in the Investment Strategy Group of the Asset Management Division serving the firm's private wealth management clients. Mr. Minton graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Colby College with a concentration in Financial Markets. He also attended the General Course program at the London School of Economics.

Mr. Grove is a Principal and leads Conversant's coverage of healthcare, homebuilders and building products, real estate services, gaming/leisure/lodging, and self-storage. Mr. Grove joined Conversant in 2020. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Grove was a Senior Analyst at Viking Global Investors where he sourced and analyzed equity investments across the energy space. Before joining Viking, Mr. Grove worked at Anchorage Capital where he researched both debt and equity investments in the materials sector. Mr. Grove started his career in the restructuring group at Lazard where he provided advisory services to companies undergoing financial restructuring transactions. Mr. Grove currently serves as a Director at both United Homes Group (a U.S.-based homebuilder) and Sonida Senior Living. He is also a board observer for Spotless Holdings (a U.S. based car wash operator). Mr. Grove graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, a minor in Biology and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.

Mr. Manaster is a Principal and leads Conversant's coverage of alternative asset managers, residential, industrial, and digital infrastructure. Mr. Manaster joined Conversant in 2020. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Manaster was a Senior Associate at Harbor Group International, a real estate private equity firm, where he sourced, underwrote, and executed equity and debt investments within core-plus, value add and opportunistic strategies. Prior to Harbor Group, Mr. Manaster worked at Vanke US, an opportunistic real estate investment firm, where he focused on developments and acquisitions across the capital structure. Mr. Manaster began his career as a Distressed Credit Analyst at Citigroup in London. Mr. Manaster currently serves on the Board of Directors of Quinn Residences (an owner and operator of purpose-built single-family rental communities). Mr. Manaster also serves as a Board Member at the Disability Opportunity Fund, a CDFI with $50 million of assets under management. Mr. Manaster graduated from Cornell with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Milligan is a Principal and leads Conversant's coverage of net lease, commercial brokers, retail, residential mortgage (originators, servicers, and residential mortgage REITs) and financials. Mr. Milligan joined Conversant in 2022. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Milligan was an Analyst at Citadel, where he focused on distressed and special situations investments in a variety of sectors, including real estate, healthcare, TMT, and consumer industries. Prior to Citadel, Mr. Milligan worked at H/2 Capital Partners, a credit fund focused on distressed and stressed corporate and real estate debt opportunities. Mr. Milligan graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Faustini is an Principal and leads Conversant's coverage of commercial mortgage REITs, office, life sciences and studios. Mr. Faustini joined Conversant in 2023. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Faustini was a Senior Associate at Savanna Real Estate Fund, a firm focused on acquiring and developing commercial real estate in New York City. Prior to Savanna, Mr. Faustini worked on the Deutsche Bank Commercial Real Estate Special Situations team. Mr. Faustini graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Alfred is the Head Trader at Conversant. Mr. Alfred joined Conversant in 2021. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Alfred was a Managing Director at Bank of America Securities in the Special Situations Group where he was responsible for cross-asset and event-driven coverage, including chapter 11 reorganizations, spin-offs, M&A and other corporate actions in the public markets. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Alfred served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the Multi-Asset Group, a joint venture between Fixed Income & Equities. Mr. Alfred began his career as an Analyst at Bear Stearns in the Debt Capital Markets Group and the Risk Arbitrage Desk. Mr. Alfred graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Mariados joined Conversant in 2024. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Mariados was an Associate at KKR, where he focused on real estate acquisitions and asset management across multiple sectors. Prior to KKR, Mr. Mariados completed internships at The Riverside Company, a private equity firm, and VR Capital, a credit fund focused on distressed investments and special situations. Mr. Mariados graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A in Finance and Economics.

Ms. Yan joined Conversant in 2025. Prior to joining Conversant, Ms. Yan was as an Associate at CC Capital where she focused on evaluating potential acquisition targets through detailed financial and operational analysis, as well as post-acquisition asset management. Prior to CC Capital, Ms. Yan worked at Bank of America as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group. Ms. Yan graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics.

Mr. Young joined Conversant in 2025. Prior to joining Conversant, Mr. Young was an Associate on the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking team at Lazard focusing on real estate, lodging and leisure. Prior to that, Mr. Young worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Consumer & Business Services Group. Mr. Young graduated from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and Applied & Computational Mathematics & Statistics.

Ms. Stivelman is a Director on the Investor Partnerships team at Conversant. Ms. Stivelman joined Conversant in 2024. Prior to joining Conversant, Ms. Stivelman worked at Sculptor Capital Management in the Client Partner Group supporting institutional clients globally with their investments in Sculptor's real estate, credit and hedge fund strategies. Prior to Sculptor, Ms. Stivelman worked at JP Morgan in the Debt Capital Markets division. Ms. Stivelman graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Ms. Paul is an Associate on the Investor Partnerships team at Conversant. Ms. Paul joined Conversant in 2024. Prior to joining Conversant, Ms. Paul worked in Investor Relations, most recently at Prosek Partners where she served as an Associate Vice President. In that role, she supported management teams with their financial reporting and shareholder communications efforts, leading market analysis and peer valuation analytics. Prior to Prosek, Ms. Paul worked at Edison Group and ICR Inc., both New York-based strategic communications and advisory firms working in the Investor Relations Groups. Ms. Paul graduated with a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from Fordham University.

Ms. Shi is the Controller at Conversant. She joined Conversant in 2024. Prior to Conversant, Ms. Shi worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager, leading financial statement audits and reviewing investment valuations for private equity funds. Ms. Shi is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Ms. Shi graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Economics and from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management with a Master of Accountancy.

Ms. Paiva is an Associate at Conversant. She joined Conversant in 2026. Prior to Conversant, Ms. Paiva worked at CohnReznick, where she served as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Assurance practice following prior experience at Ernst & Young. She brings strong technical expertise from leading audits across private investment funds and management companies, including valuation testing, carried‑interest and fee calculations, and financial statement reviews. Ms. Paiva graduated from Caldwell University with a B.A. in Accounting.

Ms. Courtney is the Office Manager at Conversant Capital. Ms. Courtney joined Conversant in 2021. Prior to joining Conversant, Ms. Courtney worked at Sculptor Capital Management where she held several roles including the Equity Relationship Manager responsible for managing the global broker vote as well as implementation and oversight of the ESG policy for the equity team. Prior to Sculptor, Ms. Courtney worked as an Executive Assistant at ABN AMRO for the CEO/Chairman of North America. Ms. Courtney holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Geneseo.
